Was very responsive. Did everything he knew to try to fix the problem. He was able to improve it but he was even stumped as to why he could not get it to work properly. Good guy. Didn't even want to charge me because he couldn't fix it correctly. Will use him again if I have a different printer issue.

Co Printer! arrived right on time and worked hard to resolve our issue. So, even though our machine could not be repaired, we were very happy with the advice and help given to us. We will definitely call them again, when the occasion arises.

Normally repairman don't touch home office equipment. Juan not only does take on those jobs, he is able to make the work economical commensurate with value of the equipment.

Co Printer responded promptly. They did not perform the printer repair. He suggested and we agreed because of the cost to repair it would be better just to buy a new printer.
